
Use Spice ya Kukaanga
– Use pre boiled njahe
– Saute onions and add garlic and tomatoes, allow to sweat when it’s a sauce add in 2 tablespoons of Spice ya kukaanga to the sauce.
– Add in your grated carrots and add some tomato paste and cream.
– Then add in your njahe and allow to boil.
– Serve and enjoy with white rice and steamed cabbage.
