
– Marinate fish fillet with Too Much Sauce perimarinade add salt, and cooking oil.
– Let it marinate for a minimum of 1 hour.
– Use a pan to shallow fry or drizzle some oil and bake in the oven.
– In another pan take onions and saute once translucent add tomatoes, tomato paste and add 2 table spoons of perimarinade and salt to taste.
– Once sauted add some cooking cream and bring to boil as you stir. Add in the fish fillet either cooked or uncooked and flip after 2 minutes on each side.
– Serve with mashed potatoes and your favourite vegetable
POV: you do not have to precook the fish you can use it while marinated.
