
– In a skillet add cooking oil, crack 4 eggs and cook in the skillet and set asside. On the same skillet saute your onions, add coloured bell pepper, corn, Left over chicken pieces.
– Add soy sauce, sweet thai chilli, and the cold rice to the mixture let it warm up and add salt to your taste.
– Add the eggs into the rice and sprinkle some spring onion.
– Serve and enjoy.
